Everyone at Teach First is encouraged to spend at least three days a year engaging with our mission and vision however we choose.
We have an annual calendar of learning and development opportunities, designed to support employees to develop into their roles and stretch them to achieve their full potential.

High performing employees can spend up to twelve weeks abroad in a Teach For All partner organisation, working towards a specific project and goal.
The entire organisation comes together twice a year to reflect on the past year and celebrate success at our offsite events.
