As Development Lead – Music, you’ll work on the Training Programme to teach a subject-specific area of our secondary curriculum. Our secondary subjects for QTS are: English, Mathematics, Science, Design & Technology, Modern Foreign Languages (French and Spanish), Computing, Business, Music, History, Geography and Religious Education.

As Development Lead – Secondary (South-West), you will have expertise in Secondary education, and teacher education. This role will bring design and delivery of our Secondary programme together ensuring programme delivery quality and fidelity. You’ll have a designated portfolio of trainees or programme members working closely with other support roles to create high quality experiences which develop the next generation of impactful teachers and leaders; engages our programme members in their development, their community and in our social purpose and mission to ensure all children are able to achieve their potential.

As Executive Director for Education Partnerships (fixed-term contract), you will be responsible for increasing the scale and breadth of the impact of our work – developing and delivering outstanding teacher development programmes and working with the right partners to align and engage them with our mission. You will build, sustain and develop effective partnerships through which we deliver high quality teacher and leadership development at scale to generate financial surpluses through strong relationships which also sustain our charitable impact. You will design and lead the delivery of high volume, high margin training programmes that deliver excellence, impact and value for money.
