Engage: Stay connected and inspired

Join a thriving network of ambassadors, keep up to date with the latest news and connect with like-minded peers.

  • Join the Ambassador Facebook Group: Connect with fellow ambassadors to share ideas, offer and receive support and find inspiration within our community.
  • Follow us on social media: Stay updated on education news and inspiring stories from the community on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Sign up for the monthly Ambassador Bulletin: Receive unique opportunities shared only through the Ambassador Bulletin. To receive this ensure you have completed your marketing preferences on the Teach First Portal. If you have issues with your preferences, email the ambassadors inbox and we can help you sign up to the bulletin.
  • Explore networks and local engagement events: Keep an eye on your emails for information about relevant Teach First Networks and upcoming events. There is a thriving community for you to engage with.

Grow: Develop your skills and career

Access professional development opportunities tailored to help you thrive in education and beyond.

  • Get free professional coaching: Access coaching tailored to ambassadors, whether you're focusing on teaching, life or becoming a coach yourself.  
  • Grow with a Summer Project: For as long as you are teaching, you can engage in one to three-week internships in August with our Corporate Partners, DfE and other charities, offering unique opportunities to grow.  
  • Take part in more Teach First programmes: Enhance your skills and progress in your career with National Professional Qualifications (NPQs), designed to support teachers and school leaders at every stage.
  • Ambassador Fellowships Programme: New for this year, ensure you’ve opted into our marketing emails to be the first in the know! You can check and adjust your preferences in the Teach First Portal.

Volunteer: Give back and make a difference

Support teachers, pupils and schools by sharing your expertise and experience.

  • Volunteer with Teach First: There are many ways to volunteer, from supporting current programme members, to speaking to funders and helping at Teach First events.
  • Get involved in fundraising: Join one of our many fundraising events throughout the year or organise your own with our support.
  • Donate to Teach First: Contribute directly with a one-off or regular donation to help support our mission.
