Teach First Diversity Statistics: August 2023

Twice a year, we publish our full demographic data for our employees (data for the end of our charity year and mid-way through).

We believe by publishing our full demographic data we can better hold ourselves accountable for making progress against our diversity and inclusion goals.

We’re becoming more diverse and inclusive, but we have much more to do.
