As Digital Learning Consultant, lead on ensuring Digital Learning are creating effective digital and blended learning for our teachers and leaders, and those that support them.

Programme Talent Officers source and support brilliant talent to join our programmes. You will be assigned either a portfolio of universities and/or recent graduate, young professional or career changer talent pools, and will be accountable for meeting a target volumes of hires. You will deliver a great candidate experience, particularly focused on innovative sourcing and effective post-offer contact. Working within the Programme Talent division, the Admissions and Placement teams are responsible for providing a professional service to comply with admitting and onboarding programme members. We are looking for an organised and detail focused individual who can provide excellent coordination of admissions’ processes. You will thrive in a busy environment and positively represent the team in carrying out important compliance work.

As Finance Business Partner (fixed-term contract), you will provide strategic analysis to support and challenge our stakeholders in making the right decisions for our growing organisation. You will understand and support the programmes we work with, adding value to decisions. The focus of this role will be budgeting, forecasting and management reporting as well as representing our team in organisation-wide projects and driving consistent improvement in processes to add value to Teach First.

As Contact Centre Coordinator, you will join a busy team working at pace within this function. You will play a key role in processing and answering questions from our teaching and school based audiences, enabling them to access information to support their work with us. You will provide efficient and effective customer service, working with our external audiences and internal colleagues to ensure each query is answered on time, and correctly. You will embrace a flexible, agile approach to your work, proactively lending support on key tasks and activities in line with changing team needs. Your work will make a real impact across a busy team.
