As Reporting & Management Accountant (fixed-term), you will provide strategic analysis to support and challenge our stakeholders in making the right decisions for our growing organisation. We are a critical friend to the organisation, ensuring that we are maximising the impact of our income and expenditure for our social mission. You’ll understand and support the programmes we work with, adding value to decisions. The focus of this role will be budgeting, forecasting and management reporting as well as representing our team in organisation-wide projects and driving consistent improvement in processes to add value to Teach First.

As Regional Partnerships Manager (West Midlands), you’ll be accountable for developing a local impact plan to secure positive change for schools, meeting programme recruitment targets and supporting them to meet the needs of the communities they serve. This will include growing our partnerships to recruit schools for our work, as well as managing our partnerships to ensure successful delivery of our programmes delivered via Delivery Partners.

As the Head Governance and Compliance, you will lead and enable a multidisciplinary team with a wide remit, supporting the effective operation of the Charity. The Governance and Compliance Team enables the Charity to comply with all its regulatory and statutory obligations; supervises assurance of that work; and shapes and oversees our risk management framework. The team also ensures our Board of Trustees and sub-committees are supported to run effectively.
