- log in using your browser's ‘incognito mode’
- reset your password - if you do not receive the password reset link in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders

- Delivery partners
As a delivery partner, you will have your own log-in to My Teach First. Programme members, school induction tutors and mentors, will also have their own log-in details.
If you’re new to Teach First, you will receive an automated email with your log-in details. If you’ve used My Teach First before, you will be able to use your existing log-in. However, if you’ve changed your email address since (for example, moving school or changing name), you will need to use the new email address.
If you’re working on the Early Career Framework (ECF), you will manage your programme member log-ins. Please see below on how to resolve log in issues:
My programme member has not received their automated log-in email (ECF):
- Check that the programme member’s school is confirmed on the delivery partner portal.
Check that the programme member’s school is appearing on the ‘ECF Recruited Schools’ report in the ‘Reports’ section. If the school is missing, click ‘Add new ECF school’ on the ‘Recruited Schools’ tab. Ensure that accurate details are inputted, including the school induction tutor.
- Check that the programme member has been registered correctly with the DfE.
The DfE have shared details with us to create all My Teach First and Brightspace accounts. Please check that the details below are correct:
-Cohort year
-Email address
-Teacher Reference Number (TRN)
-Date of birth.
If these details are incorrect, the school induction tutor should log in to the DfE service to update the error. The TRN should also be provided by either the school induction tutor or the programme member. The programme member will receive regular prompts from the DfE to provide this.
- Check that the programme member is logging in with the e-mail address that was provided to the DfE by the Induction Tutor.
- Ask the programme member to check their spam folder.
If the email has gone to their spam folder, ask them to mark the sender as ‘safe’.
- Reset the password with Teach First.
The programme member can visit My Teach First to reset their password. Delivery partners can also do this on their behalf. The programme member will then receive an email from my.teachfirst@teachfirst.org.uk. Please check the spam folder.
In the instance of any changes made either on the delivery partner portal or DfE services, there will be a 48 hour delay before they’re reflected on Teach First systems. This also applies to new My Teach First accounts being created.
What to do if the log-in details on the automated email have expired:
You can resolve this quickly by resetting the password. Refer to step 5 above.
