Teach First Portal for Programme Members
Getting started with the Teach First Portal: a step-by-step guide to logging in, accessing your programme resources, and making the most of your journey with Teach First.
- What is the Teach First portal?
The Teach First portal allows you to access and join your programme events.
The portal is still in Beta, and we are iterating on the platform; this means we have released it with basic functionality and will update it over time. If you have any feedback or face any issues, please fill out our contact form.
How can I log in to the Teach First Portal?
When you start the programme, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been created.
As a Programme Member, the portal is for the following programmes:
- Training Programme
- Careers Leader
- Leading Together
- Teach First delivered – NPQ Programmes
- Teach First delivered – Early Careers Framework
- NPQ Programmes – for your final assessment only
Note: If you are on an NPQ programme delivered by one of Teach First’s Delivery Partners – you will get an account created when we invite you to start your final assessment.
Once your account has been created, you will be able to login to the portal using your My Teach First login details.
You can login by either:
- Logging into My Teach First and selecting “Teach First Portal” from your “My Programmes” page.
- Visit the Teach First portal login page and select “Login with Single Sign On” and use your My Teach First credentials.
- Login using your Teach First portal credentials that you set up when your account was first created
What can I use the portal for?
As a Programme member you can:
- Access your training events, this includes links to online delivery and basic info about in-person events. The joining links will be published about a week before your online events. For further guidance on accessing your events please view Portal – Events Guidance
- Schedule calls with your Teach First Development Lead
- For NPQ programmes – submit your final assessment
- Complete and submit your application(s) for other programmes such as the Coaching programme and school leadership programmes
- View details about available Summer Projects – internships take place in August (Applications usually open in April each year)
