Do you have a concern?

At Teach First we are committed to providing the best service we can and to being excellent in all that we do, but we recognise that our practices could always be improved. If we fall short of the high standards we set for ourselves, we would like to hear about it. Whatever your concern may be, we want to hear from you.

Please find details of the routes available to you below.

Complaints Policy

Our Complaints Policy is designed to help us address concerns or dissatisfaction you may have about the standards of service, actions, or lack of action by Teach First, our staff, or anyone else directly involved in the delivery of our work.  The Complaints Policy and Procedure are available to all stakeholders including staff, programme members, and partners. Complaints will be handled in a fair, consistent, and timely way. The Complaints Policy provides guidance for submitting a complaint.

Whistleblowing Policy

Teach First recognises that public interest disclosures (also known as “whistleblowing”) play a vital role in protecting its own interests, those of its staff and programme members, and those of the public by helping to identify and combat illegal, unethical and corrupt practices. Disclosures can be about something that has occurred in the past, is happening now, or you believe will happen in the future. Reporting these concerns to us enables us to take corrective action. If you are worried about something you have seen or heard, our Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure provides guidance on how to lodge a concern.
