Highlights from Run the River 2023

Last year, over 2,000 runners helped raise an incredible £250,000.

We welcome everyone to take part this year too - all ages and abilities.

I was drawn to take part because I experienced inequality in our education system first-hand. When I completed the race, I felt like all my hard work in fundraising and training paid off and I had achieved something great.

We are Teach First

We are an education charity working to improve the life chances and choices for children experiencing poverty.

We train talented teachers and equip school leaders working in some of the poorest areas of the country – to give children with the fewest opportunities access to a great education.

By supporting us you can help children experiencing poverty fulfil their potential and unlock the future they deserve.
