Teach First is looking for next CEO

Earlier this month, CEO of Teach First, Russell Hobby announced that he was intending to step down as CEO in the summer of 2025. 

His contribution has been hugely valued by the Board of Trustees, colleagues at Teach First, a generation of teachers trained through Teach First and our partners from across the sector – all working together to drive change in the education system. 

Teach First is now working with Saxton Bampfylde to seek the next CEO, to continue to deliver our ambitious 2030 strategy and help to end educational inequality.

As one of the country’s leading charities dedicated to improving the life chances and choices for children experiencing poverty, we are looking to appoint an energetic Chief Executive who will continue to push the realms of what is possible for the young people we serve. Passionate about every child achieving their potential through education, you will lead Teach First through its next chapter ensuring that impact stays at the heart of what we do and that we are bold in our approach to achieving this impact.
